Owner and Art Director
- Responsible for creation of various printed material, from conception to print including: brochures, invitation packages, posters, flyers, annual reports, logo design, logo identity packages, trade magazines, news paper ads, direct mailers and advertising collateral.
- Art directed photo shoots for various projects, including numerous annual reports, trade show, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Worked with clients to created budgets for all projects and was responsible for maintaining budget.
- Responsible for quoting design, production and printing on all projects.
- Responsible for working and coordinating outside vendor activities, including illustrators, printers, and photographers.
- Worked with clients to create new marketing campaigns. Also, worked with various clients to create new corporate identity including new logo creation, web design, new business card, stationary and sales promotional pieces.

Project and Print Trafficing Manager
- Responsible for overseeing and trafficking approx. 2.5 million dollars in printing and design projects each year.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communications programs.
- Coordinates movement of jobs through the entire production process, from Job Ticket receipt to release to printer. .Responsible for keeping designers on predetermined timeline, working as a liaison between client and designers, presenting final art work to client, creating department budget, making sure project remained on budget, working with clients to generate ideas and direction of various campaigns and design work.
- Develop Marketing communications budget and business plan with other department heads.
- Manages scheduling conflicts. Worked with freelance designer and contract printers to alleviate work overflow. Moved resources around in order to meet immediate deadlines.
- Responsible for job ticket accuracy and enforcing accountability. Monitors others' adherence to department policy and procedure. Establish, maintain and enforce the style manual to ensure visual consistency across all printed pieces as well as website content.
- Worked directly with numerous printers to get price quotes, approve all blue lines and attend press checks
- Contacts Database. Over saw database and mailings for all community relations contacts company wide.
- Worked directly with upper management and Project Managers as jobs were received into production, and maintained open communication regarding job status at all times.
- Worked with upper managers to produce emergency communications for 765,000 clients.
